Carrie McNelis Spahr is a Charleston local, who grew up on Sullivan's Island. She comes from a real estate family, and has worked in the real estate industry since her first job at the age of 15. These things combine to give her a second-nature knowledge of the real estate market. She is extremely organized and detail oriented, and has a direct, no-nonsense approach to business. Steve is an Isle of Palms resident and homeowner for over 12 years. He graduated with honors from the Medical University South Carolina (MUSC). He earned a Masters degree in Health Science and Bachelors in Physical Therapy. After school, Steve provided Physical Therapy in Charleston County Schools for seven years. He is very familiar with the facilities, faculty and staff. Steve originally moved to Charleston in 1991 during Desert Storm as a Naval Flight Officer. Jeff Spahr is a Charleston native born into a Navy family that has lived up and down the East Coast. Jeff graduated from Wando High School and has a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston. Jeff was brought into the Real Estate business by his father, Toby Spahr, who trained him in the mission oriented fashion of the Navy... to get the job done right. Throughout college, Jeff worked on shrimp boats out of Shem Creek and McClellanville. After graduating from college, Jeff worked for AT&T in their Business Markets Division for two years. He then returned to The Lowcountry to start a commercial oystering business called www.LocalOysters.com which was taken over by his brother-in-law when he joined The Toby Spahr Team at Prudential Carolina Real Estate.
